Log out of all social media accounts. Have you ever thought how much time we waste by reflexively checking out Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Whatsapp or any other app? You happen to think that something amazing happened in last few minutes, and then you check your accounts again. The reason why I am asking you to log out is that you will think twice about whether you really need to check it again. Average user will save at least 2–3 hours of his/her day. I don't use Facebook, Instagram or Twitter since last 2 years. I have utilised that time to read lots of good things. This has been my personal experience. I can see the perks of it now.
