the simplest things one can do to make oneself happier (*)...
There's nothing new I would be writing here. It's quite simple.
- Exercise daily. Meditate daily. Follow a good routine.
- Spend ample time with family and friends.
- Practice gratitude, it always reciprocates.
- Help others.
- Celebrate other people's success.
- Don't engage in over thinking.
- Think positive. Act positive.
- Let Go Of materialistic tendencies.
- Get closer to your work by heart.
- Be hopeful and optimistic about your future.
- Don't compare yourself with anyone. You are unique.
- Go outside and spend some time.
- Give freely.
Very simple but very important points.
